In addition to its ordinary activity of simple trustee setting up of company stakes, this Company has gradually extended its operations to include consultancy on drawing up para-company agreements, protecting assets, and planning company operations.

It is a member of Assofiduciaria, a national trade association for trustee companies, based in Rome.

SORIT S.r.l. – Società di Revisione Italiana S.r.l., whose registered office is at N° 72 Viale Europa, in Montecchio Maggiore (VI), that engages in auditing and accounting activities.

This company is registered in the Account Auditors Register kept by the Ministry of justice, against n° 137/701.

It is specifically involved in auditing activities for companies in the private industrial and commercial sectors, the banking, and the public sector.  It provides services that include due diligence, analysis of company procedures and processes, training and assistance with implementing in-house auditing departments, drawing up of business plans, and evaluation of companies, branches of companies, and brands.

It has gained extensive experience in package reporting activities for Italian companies controlled by foreign groups and foreign companies controlled by Italian groups, providing specialist assistance for making companies international.
